iCifra reads every invoice, proposes its double-entry asiento and checks the balance in whole cents before it reaches the books. From the document to the VAT book in one thread.

Working on your own? Leave it empty and we use your name. NIF / CIF: As on your tax forms. We check the control character.
Your firm starts with no clients: once you are in, add the first one. During the beta we open every account by hand.
Data protection. Controller: the founders of iCifra, as no legal entity is registered yet. Purpose: your account and the service. Your account and documents are stored in Frankfurt, but not everything stays in the EU: Anthropic (US) reads every invoice or payslip you send us and every PDF bank statement, and your registration and every sign-in reach us over Telegram with your email, name, firm or company and, on sign-in, your IP, country and browser. Every provider is listed under Security and data. Once your account is approved, you can delete it in Settings.
